2.3 Payment terms must be agreed upon prior to fulfilment. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion.
2.4 Plazmax reserves the right to request identification or further information from any customer to verify payment or prevent fraud.
- Product Information & Availability
3.1 While we take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions and images are accurate, we do not warrant that product details, specifications, or availability are free from error.
3.2 Some items may require lead times, be backordered, or be subject to minimum order quantities. Plazmax reserves the right to make substitutions or improvements to products without notice.
3.3 All images on the website are for illustrative purposes only.
- Delivery & Risk
4.1 Delivery times provided are estimates only. While we strive to deliver goods in a timely manner, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
4.2 Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon dispatch, delivery to a nominated address, or collection, whichever comes first.
4.3 Title to the goods remains with Plazmax until full payment is received.
- Returns & Cancellations
5.1 Requests to return products must be approved in writing and may be subject to restocking fees. Goods must be returned in original, unused condition and packaging.
5.2 Custom-made or specially ordered items may not be eligible for return or cancellation once production has commenced.
5.3 If you believe a product is defective or has been supplied incorrectly, please contact us within 10 business days of receipt.
